Meyer announces the strategic acquisition of ITD Chemical, expanding our chemical manufacturing capabilities and expertise.

TruArc Partners
Meyer is acquired by financial partner, TruArc Partners, providing opportunities for exponential company growth.

Tripling Capacity
Thanks to significant investment and enhancement in manufacturing capabilities, Meyer relocates their Charlotte manufacturing site to a much larger location in Lexington, North Carolina. This addition more than triples the previous manufacturing capacity.

Meyer Lab Is Formed
Meyer is formed. A chemist is hired and manufacturing of our own products begins. Meyer now is a 6 person company.
1978
It Starts With Russ
Meyer Supply was created by Russ Meyer in 1978. He wanted to provide a service different from other chemical suppliers, and initially focused on institutional business located in rural Missouri. He greeted each customer with an honest smile, a firm handshake, and a commitment to partner with them to find solutions to their cleaning needs.
